Subprocessors

RevFence relies on trusted third-party service providers to deliver the service. This page shows the providers referred to in the “Subprocessors” section of the Data Processing Agreement and their purposes.

Purpose: Payment and subscription operations. Stripe is used to carry out authorized subscription and billing operations through RevFence’s Stripe Connect integration.

Payment card details exist only on Stripe’s side; RevFence does not store card numbers or CVV/CVC codes.

Purpose: DNS, content delivery network (CDN) and security/traffic protection. Cloudflare is used to resolve RevFence domain names, to deliver the website and application quickly, and to protect against malicious or unusual traffic. As a result, network traffic to the service may pass through Cloudflare.

Purpose: Application and data infrastructure.

• Render: Hosting of the RevFence application server (API)
• Vercel: Hosting of the marketing website and the application dashboard

Hosting providers that supply the database infrastructure also fall into this category.

Purpose: Sending transactional emails. Service emails such as verification, invitations, notifications and pause reminders are delivered through these providers.

Purpose: Service security and technical monitoring. Error, performance and security monitoring services fall into this category. Logs do not contain card data.
